New Mother - Week 14 

This is the time when you have gradually started feeling well and hungry too 😊

Most women experience an increase in appetite around this time.

You will eventually start gaining weight, which is good! But, too much of anything is always bad.

Excessive weight gain may cause issues in your pregnancy. Talk to your OBGYN and understand how much you should be ideally gaining and try to stick around it.

Remember, 'eating for two' and 'eating for nourishing your baby and yourself' are completely different. Eat healthy, nutritious and fresh food. Avoid junk.

You have to focus on a healthy lifestyle. Give a thought to joining a Prenatal Yoga Class. It is a great way to destress and stay active and healthy throughout. Also, being in a group of pregnant women, you may kind of end up building a strong support system for yourself that will help you right until childbirth and beyond.

Decorate your Home

  • If you have been thinking to decorate your living room with some lights, photo frames, and flowers, what other better time than now?

  • This will give you an outlet to channel your happiness as well as to prepare your house to welcome your baby.
