New Mother - Week 16
This is the time when that cute bump starts showing up 🙂
With your increased appetite you may be gaining weight and this may be the right time to sort your clothes, repurpose some existing ones, buy a few new ones, so basically set up your Maternity Wardrobe. You don't really have to spend a fortune on buying a ton of clothes that you may never use after a couple of months. You will be surprised to know that by being a little smart you can save a lot of money and also feel proud of yourself for being so creative 🙂
With the mad rush of the first trimester finally settling in, you may suddenly remember that you have not really had sex in a long time (Most OBGYN's advice to avoid intercourse in the first trimester)
You can definitely have sex during pregnancy (but, please check with your OBGYN to ensure that you have no complications and it is safe to have sex).
Now, having said that, even if penetrative sex seems not OK to you, there are other ways in which you can seek sexual pleasure. Take time to talk to your partner about it and enjoy yourselves!

Activity of the Week
Pregnancy brain is a bit annoying.
So why not give your brain a little exercise.
It might have been a really long time since you have tried solving a puzzle. Either try it online or order a few puzzles and solve it at home.
Do not stress yourself to complete it in one sitting. Take a break and continue.
And you know what you may actually end up getting addicted to this 🙂
