Let's talk about Vitamins and Minerals needed during Pregnancy. Vitamins and minerals are micronutrients required by our body to carry out a range of normal functions. However, these micronutrients are not produced in our bodies and must be derived from the food we eat. That's why it is really important to have your blood analysed for all of these and then plan a proper nutrition plan based on the pregnancy trimester.

Another point worth mentioning: most pregnant women secrete sticky, white, or pale-yellow mucus early on in the first trimester and throughout their pregnancy. Increased hormones and vaginal blood flow cause the discharge. It increases during pregnancy to prevent infections as your cervix and vaginal walls soften.
