Cancellation & Refund
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our User, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the processing of the refund, shall be following the clauses as set forth:
RETURN REQUESTS
Upon your purchase of the services through the Firm’s Platform, you do not have the right to place a return request or process a return request on the Platform. The Firm provides services and is not engaged in providing any tangible products and hence, returns are not acceptable.
PROCESSING OF REFUND
The Firm shall process full refund in case the refund is requested by the User within Ten (10) days from the date of purchase. No refund requests shall be entertained by the Firm beyond the period of Ten (10) days.
All Refund requests shall be made by the User by emailing to newmother.in@gmail.com, which will be the official mode of communication with the Platform and the Firm. The Firm shall waive all other means of communication made.
All the Refunds shall be made to the original source of payment of the User.
The Refund shall be completed within Fifteen (15) days from the date of refund request made by the User.
CANCELLATION
As a User, you do not have the right to cancel your order upon placing the same.
The Firm at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

if it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or

if it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction which is not following the Terms of Use, or
-
in case of unavailability of a service, or
-
for any reason outside the control of the Firm including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.

if the Firm does not want to do business with the User
The Firm maintains a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying Users and reserve the right to deny access to such Users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.

Unlike most websites, we make very little money (if any) from commissions garnered through this site. Instead, we choose to offer our own information solutions like our courses to fund the work we do here at New Mother.

This allows us to keep our site free of ads while offering the highest quality information possible to our community. As mentioned above, we make very little (if any) commission through links on the site.

That said, please know we would never hide our intentions from you and we would never recommend products we don't believe in or use.

Occasionally, within an article, we will link to products you can purchase on Amazon.com via our Amazon Affiliate links. These links are infrequent, and we only link to products if we personally like them and think you or someone you know would benefit from them.
